Our Swedish interpretation of Jason Isbell's song Stockholm.

Sofie: In 2015, men and John saw Jason Isbell and his band play at The Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, and as part of that brilliant gig he played his song Stockholm. Kinda surreal, I thought, to hear a song about my own capital city, in the middle of that magical experience. So I started thinking about how you can have an idea about a place you’ve never been to, maybe based on songs you’ve heard about the place, and how those ideas might be totally wrong. Maybe when you get there you just want to go home again! This is my Swedish interpretation of Jason Isbell’s song Stockholm. Sofie Jonsson: vocals and fiddle John Mitchell: guitars and bass Annica Sillars: backing vocals Organ: Anders Karlsson Drums: Brian McRae Recorded, mixed, and produced by Anders Brandström at Valley Sound Studio in Borlänge, Sweden.
